Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Why do
Control Panels take 10 Days to process before shipping?
A. All GameCab Control Panels are produced up until the point
when they are bare wood and un-drilled control panel. Once an order
for a control panel is placed from the GameCab website then the proper
actions will be taken in order to meet the customers needs.
Example: If Formica is required as part of the order then it
will be added to the Blank unit. Example#2: If custom
holes are required.
Q: Can you customize your control panel
layouts to meet my needs.
A. Yes, Currently we do not have a creative online tool that
will allow this to happen on the fly buy you can always contact us
and we will arrange a layout.
Q: Why are the GameCab flight yokes always out
of stock.
A. As of May 5, 2004 production of the GameCab flight yoke
has been suspended. This suspension in production is due
largely to the high cost in money and time of production of a single
unit. Although the flight yoke is a very well designed, sturdy
and fun unit to own it will need to be produced by a 3rd party
vendor. The GameCab flight yoke will be available as a set of
plans in the near future along with an instructional DVD.
Q: Do you have a physical store that I can
visit.
A. Currently we do not.
Q: I would
like to order a control panel from you but I want to supply my own
parts, is this possible.
A. Yes, but please remember to insure your items for the
value that you will be sending. Also remember to pack your
items as if they were glass (You may or may not know my history with
certain shippers). GameCab is not responsible for the arrival
of damaged items.
Q: I keep hearing about a secret discount
code, where can I acquire one.
A. The secret discount codes are distributed to the members
of the GameCab mailing list only. Email address's are verified
upon purchase. This practice is done to show appreciation to
the people who have helped out GameCab over the past year+.
